- Register a business phone number
After downloading the app, follow the instructions that appear and register a business phone number that is different from a personal phone number.
- Create a profile
To create a business profile go to “More Options” which has a button with three dots in the top right corner of the WhatsApp Business Chat List and select “Settings”. After that select “Business Settings” then tap “Business Profile”.
From here, users can add a photo that represents the business, add business address, category, working hours, email address, website and a short description. This information will later be displayed to other WhatsApp users.
- Start sending the message
Users can use WhatsApp Business to do all the things that are commonly used on WhatsApp Messenger, from sending messages, photos, to making phone calls and videos.
