
The WhatsApp autoreply feature or automatically reply to WhatsApp messages is only available on the Business version of WhatsApp (WA), which is intended for business owners.
However, regular WhatsApp users can also reply to automatic messages, even if they don’t register as a WhatsApp Business account, with the help of third-party applications. So, did you know that with the help of third-party applications, you can create a chatbot to reply to messages automatically, without having to open the WA application?
In fact, many applications can be used to automatically reply to WA messages on the Google Play Store app store. However, our choice is focused on the Auto Reply application made by PransuInc because it has a number of features that are quite complete and free.
So, how do you use the application? How to make an automatic reply message First of all, download the Auto Reply application available on the Google Play Store via the Whatsapp Business APK link.
Once installed, open it and allow the application to read incoming WA notifications. A few moments later, the user will be presented with the main view of the Auto Reply application. Here, click on the “+” icon at the bottom center of the application interface to start creating a chatbot.
How to make WhatsApp Business automatic reply messages via the Auto Reply application. On the next page, select the type of WhatsApp application you are using, whether WhatsApp regular (WA Official) or WhatsApp Business, then write the keyword or message that you are using. later it will trigger an automatic reply. For example, the user can type the keyword “*” and select the “All” option to respond to all incoming messages to be replied automatically.
Another example, the user can enter a specific keyword, such as “Hello”, and select the “Exact match” option to trigger an automatic reply. If so, only incoming messages that say “Hello” will be automatically replied to. If you have entered a keyword, users can immediately create the automatic reply they want, by selecting other setting options, by scrolling down the screen display.
You can make a formal reply if the WhatsApp number is used for business, or a casual message if the WhatsApp number is only used to communicate with friends. “Sorry for the slow response, the message will be replied to as soon as it is read / online again,” like that for example. When finished composing the message content, click the “tick” icon located at the bottom right of the application display.
Later, the automatic reply that was created will appear on the main page of Auto Reply, as shown in the image below (left). Users can disable it by clicking the message until the end of the tab is red. If you want to add other automatic replies, for example, want to create a message based on new specific keywords, the user can repeat these steps. After that, the sender of the message will then be responded to with an automatic reply, when they enter the keywords that have been made by the businessperson, as in the illustration in the picture to the right above. If they enter the keyword “Menu”, for example, the user will be responded to with an automatic reply triggered by the word “Menu”. It should be noted, so that automatic replies that have been created can be sent to users, make sure the Auto Reply toggle located at the top right of the application is activated. In addition, make sure that the application is still running on the smartphone background.
